Formatting Requirements

To maintain consistency and high editorial standards, all submissions must adhere to the Journal's formatting guidelines:

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size
  • Spacing: Double-spaced throughout, including references, tables, and captions
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Length:
    • Research articles: 5,000–7,000 words
    • Practice-based papers: 3,000–5,000 words
    • Policy analyses: 4,000–6,000 words
  • Structure of the Manuscript:
    • Title
    • Abstract (150–300 words)
    • Keywords (4–6)
    • Main sections (as appropriate to the manuscript type)
    • References
    • Appendices / supplementary materials (optional)
  • Citation Style: APA 7th edition
  • Tables and Figures:
    • Must be placed at the end of the manuscript or attached separately
    • Clearly labeled (e.g., Table 1, Figure 2)
    • Reproduction permissions must be documented when required
  • Blinding Requirements:
    • Remove author names, affiliations, and acknowledgments
    • Ensure document metadata does not contain identifying information
